Terms and Conditions – Clean&Clean Services

By booking a cleaning service with Clean & Clean Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Payment Terms
· All cleaning services must be prepaid in full at the time of booking.
· Bookings will only be confirmed after successful payment is received.
· We accept payments through our approved online payment platform. No cash or post-service payments are allowed.

2. Cancellation Policy
· If you wish to cancel or reschedule your service, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
· A $50 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
· No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service or for no-shows.

3. Rescheduling
· You may reschedule your service at no additional charge if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

4. Service Confirmation
· Once the service is completed, the customer must sign off on the job through our app to confirm that the cleaning has been completed to their satisfaction.
· If the customer is not present, confirmation will be submitted by the assigned cleaner with documented photos of completed work.

5. Access and Safety Policy
· Customers must ensure cleaners have safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.
· For safety reasons, Clean & Clean Services cleaners will not use ladders higher than 4 feet. Any work above this height will be performed using extension poles or alternative tools. No exceptions will be made.
· All firearms, weapons, or hazardous materials must be safely stored and secured out of sight prior to the service. Clean & Clean Services will not be held responsible for any incidents involving unsecured weapons.
· We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if any condition is deemed unsafe for our staff.

6. Pet Policy
· All pets must be secured in a safe and separate area during the time of service.
· Clean & Clean Services is not responsible for pets escaping, being injured, or any incidents involving pets while the cleaning is being performed.
· If pets are not properly secured and pose a risk to cleaners or interfere with the service, we reserve the right to reschedule the
appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.


7. Valuables and Liability
· Clean & Clean Services is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Customers are advised to secure or remove
valuables before the service.
· Any accidental damage or breakage caused by our cleaners must be reported immediately to the homeowner at the time of service. The homeowner should then contact our customer service team within 24 hours to file a claim for a replacement or reimbursement.
· It is the customer’s responsibility to check and approve the work before the cleaners leave the house or premises. After the cleaner has left, Clean & Clean Services will not be responsible for any claims regarding service quality, missed areas, or dissatisfaction.

8. Gratuity Policy
· Clean & Clean Services cleaners are not allowed to request or solicit tips from customers.
· However, gratuities are always welcome and appreciated as a gesture of recognition for excellent service.
· If you choose to tip your cleaner, it can be done in cash or through our platform, depending on availability.

9. Arrival Window
· To ensure the highest quality of service, Clean & Clean Services requires a 2-hour arrival window for all scheduled appointments.
· For occupied homes, customers must be available during the scheduled 2-hour arrival window.
· For vacant homes with lockbox, key access, or electronic codes, a 2-hour window also applies. In these cases, our team will provide a 1-hour heads-up notification prior to arrival when possible.
· Cleaners will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, but delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen issues may occur.

10. Changes to Terms
· Clean & Clean Services reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to all future bookings.
